Mindful Girls School Programs
Mindful Girls is a small group program for girls aged 8–12, designed to support emotional wellbeing, build resilience, and boost confidence—right within the school environment.

Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, art therapy and EMDR therapy, the program helps girls understand their emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and approach challenges with confidence.

The sessions are flexible and can be tailored to suit each school’s needs, including:

Full-day workshops

Half-day sessions

One hour per week over four weeks

Two hours per week over two weeks

Lunchtime programs

All sessions are designed to help girls feel seen, supported, and capable, providing practical tools they can use every day to stay calmer, more connected, and ready to thrive both at school and at home.
