Mindful Mums
Mindful Mums is a supportive, one-to-one counselling offering for mothers who are feeling overwhelmed, depleted or disconnected from themselves beneath the demands of everyday life.
These sessions provide a calm, compassionate space to slow down and focus on your own emotional wellbeing.
Together, we work on practical nervous system regulation skills, stress management and self compassion — tools you can gently integrate into daily life, not add to your to-do list.

Emily recognises that caring for yourself is not indulgent or optional — it is foundational.
When mothers feel more grounded and supported, it naturally strengthens their capacity to show up for their children, their relationships and themselves.
Sessions are delivered via Telehealth and offered in limited numbers.
