I’m a registered Social Worker specialising in child, adolescent and family mental health. I’m passionate about helping young people and their mums overcome challenges, build confidence and develop the resilience they need to navigate life’s ups and downs.
I believe every child and every mother deserves the chance to thrive and that begins with feeling seen, heard and supported. In my work, I create a calm, non judgmental space where children and teens can safely explore their thoughts and emotions and where mums can reconnect with themselves, nurture their own wellbeing and rediscover a sense of balance and joy.
Whether you’re seeking support for your child, or looking to strengthen your own wellbeing, I’m here to help you take the next step toward healing, confidence and connection.
My Story
For over a decade, I have had the privilege of supporting young people and their families to overcome challenges, build resilience and reconnect with their sense of confidence and wellbeing.

My career has spanned roles in education, hospitals and child protection. I have always had a focus on promoting mental health and supporting children and families to thrive.
These experiences inspired the creation of Thrive. Thrive is a space where children, teens and mothers feel supported, seen and empowered to grow. Through services like Mindful Girls and Mindful Mums, my goal is to nurture emotional wellbeing and create ripple effects of calm, confidence and connection that reach far beyond the therapy room.

Outside of work, I’m a mum to three beautiful girls who inspire so much of what I do. I love cooking, being creative, exploring new places, and soaking up simple, joy filled moments with my family.
