I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, specialising in child, adolescent and family mental health. I am passionate about helping young people and mothers overcome challenges, build confidence and develop the resilience they need to navigate life’s ups and downs.

I believe every child and every mother deserves the chance to thrive and that begins with feeling seen, heard and supported.
I create a calm, non judgmental space where children and teens can safely explore their thoughts and emotions, and where mums can reconnect with themselves, nurture their wellbeing and rediscover balance and joy.

Through programs like Mindful Girls, Mindful Mums, and the upcoming Monarch program, I provide tools, guidance and support designed to foster emotional wellbeing, confidence and connection.
Whether you’re seeking support for your child, or looking to strengthen your own wellbeing, I’m here to help you take the next step toward healing, growth and resilience.
My Story
For over a decade, I have had the privilege of supporting young people and their families to navigate challenges, build resilience and reconnect with their confidence and wellbeing.
My career has spanned education, hospitals and child protection, always with a focus on promoting mental health and helping children, teens and families thrive.

I am now an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and EMDR Therapist, and these experiences inspired the creation of Thrive Wellbeing & Counselling Services. Thrive is a space where children, teens and mothers feel supported, seen and empowered to grow.
Through programs like Mindful Girls, Mindful Mums, and our upcoming Monarch program, I aim to nurture emotional wellbeing and create ripple effects of calm, confidence and connection that extend far beyond the therapy room.

Outside of work, I am a mum to three amazing girls who inspire so much of what I do. I love cooking, being creative, reading, exploring new places, and cherishing simple, joy filled moments with my family.
