Mindful Girls
Mindful Girls is a small group program for girls aged 8–12, designed to nurture emotional wellbeing, build resilience, and boost confidence.
Through a unique blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, art therapy and EMDR therapy, the program supports girls in understanding their emotions, developing practical coping strategies and facing challenges with confidence.
The program runs over four weeks, with one hour sessions each week. Each session focuses on a different topic aimed at enhancing social and emotional wellbeing, helping girls grow in self awareness and self belief.
Every session is carefully crafted to help girls feel seen, supported and capable, equipping them with practical tools they can use daily to stay calmer, more connected and ready to thrive both at school and at home.

This session is perfect for girls seeking extra calm, confidence and connection. It combines fun, creative and mindful activities with elements of art therapy and EMDR therapy, providing a safe space to reflect and connect with peers.
