Mindful Girls Teen
For Girls Aged 13-15 years
Navigating adolescence with confidence and self belief.
The teenage years can be exciting, empowering and full of opportunity—but they can also be overwhelming.
As girls move into adolescence, they are navigating increasing independence, changing friendships, academic pressures, social expectations and the journey of discovering who they are. It's a time when confidence can be tested, emotions can feel more intense and the pressure to 'have it all together' can become exhausting.
Mindful Girls Teen provides a supportive space where girls can step away from those pressures, connect with others and build the confidence and resilience they need to navigate this important stage of life.
Facilitated by Accredited Mental Health Social Worker Emily Gascoyne, this small group wellbeing program offers a calm, welcoming environment where girls feel heard, supported and accepted for who they are.
Through meaningful conversations, mindfulness, reflective activities and genuine connection, girls develop greater self awareness, confidence and emotional resilience while building supportive relationships with other girls their age.
Emilys hope is that every girl leaves feeling more confident in herself, better equipped to navigate life's challenges and reminded that she doesn't have to face them alone.

Why Parents Choose
Mindful Girls Teen
The teenage years are often when self-doubt, stress and social pressures begin to have a greater impact on emotional wellbeing.
Many parents tell Emily they simply want their daughter to have a safe, positive space outside of school where she can build confidence, connect with others and develop the skills to navigate adolescence with greater resilience.
Mindful Girls Teen offers exactly that.
Groups are intentionally kept small to encourage meaningful connection, thoughtful conversations and a sense of belonging, while providing every participant with the opportunity to feel seen, heard and valued.
