Thrive offers wellbeing workshops and education sessions for children, teens, mothers, parents and schools.

Sessions are practical, engaging and designed to build confidence, emotional awareness and useful skills that can be applied in everyday life.

Workshops may focus on areas such as:

• Anxiety and coping skills
• Confidence and self esteem
• Friendships and social skills
• Mindfulness and resilience
• Mother daughter connection
• Parenting support
• Mental health and wellbeing education

Workshops can be delivered as one off sessions, small group programs, school based wellbeing sessions or tailored education experiences.

All workshops are developed and facilitated by Emily, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and are grounded in evidence informed practice.
